Solitaire

The goal of Solitaire is to move all 52 cards to the four foundation piles, building each pile up by suit from Ace to King.

On the tableau (the seven columns), build sequences downward in alternating colors — for example, a red 7 goes on a black 8.

You can move single cards or complete face-up sequences between tableau columns. Only a King (or a sequence starting with a King) may be placed on an empty column.

Click the stock pile in the top-left corner to draw a new card. When the stock runs out, click it again to recycle the waste pile.

When a face-down card becomes exposed at the bottom of a column, it flips face-up automatically.

• Click or tap a card to select it, then click or tap the destination pile to move it.
• Double-click (or double-tap) a card to send it to a foundation automatically.
• Drag and drop also works on desktop and touch devices.
• Use the Undo button to take back your last move.

• Always flip face-down tableau cards when you can — revealing hidden cards is more valuable than stacking the waste.
• Don't rush cards to the foundations. A low card left in play can help you build tableau sequences.
• Empty a column early, but only if you have a King ready to fill it.
• Prefer moves that free up columns with the most face-down cards.
